Yes. Airport Meet and Greet service is available upon request for an additional fee. For individual travelers and small groups, a professional chauffeur or greeter can meet you inside the terminal with a name sign, assist with your luggage, and guide you to the vehicle.

For larger groups, you may request a dedicated airport greeter who will meet the group with a name sign, gather all passengers, assist with coordination, and guide everyone to the designated vehicle pickup location.

For standard curbside pickup, your chauffeur will wait in the airport at cell phone lot area until you are ready. After collecting your luggage, contact the chauffeur and provide your terminal and door number. Your chauffeur will then meet you at the designated passenger pickup area.

Yes. We monitor arriving flights and automatically adjust the pickup time for early arrivals, delays, and schedule changes. You do not need to contact us each time your flight status changes.

Provide your flight number when booking, and our dispatch team will monitor your flight. After your flight arrives, you will receive your chauffeur’s name and contact information by email and text message. Your chauffeur will coordinate the pickup location with you.

Advance reservations are recommended, especially for weekends, holidays, conferences, weddings, concerts, and major Bay Area events. Same-day service may be available depending on vehicle and chauffeur availability.

Yes. Our chauffeurs are professionally screened, background-checked, and driving-record reviewed. They are also trained to provide courteous, discreet, and dependable luxury transportation.

One-way service provides transportation from one pickup location to one destination, usually at a fixed rate. Hourly car service gives you a private vehicle and dedicated chauffeur for a reserved number of hours. The chauffeur remains available throughout the reservation, allowing multiple stops, waiting time, and reasonable itinerary changes without booking a separate ride for each destination.

Airport Pickup Options

Meet & Greet:
Your chauffeur will meet you with a name sign at baggage claim for domestic flights or outside customs for international arrivals.

Curbside Pickup:
After collecting your luggage, text your chauffeur when you are ready.

• Domestic: Send your terminal and door number.
• International: Meet at the Limo Pickup Zone on the center island near Door 2.
• Large Vehicles: Sprinter vans, mini coaches, and motor coaches may pick up only from the designated Courtyard area at SFO. Airport Greeter Service is available upon request.

After landing, you will receive your chauffeur’s information by text and email. Please provide the passenger’s mobile number. International travelers should also check WhatsApp.

You will receive the name and phone number of your driver Two hour before your pickup time. These are sent to you via email. If you have booked for someone else and entered the contact details of the passenger, then they will receive these details as well.

Cancellation terms vary by vehicle and reservation type. Sedan and SUV reservations may be canceled without charge at least 24 hours before pickup. Sprinter van, mini coach, and motor coach reservations require at least seven days’ notice. Late cancellations and no-shows may be charged in full. Please review your reservation confirmation for the exact terms.

Yes. Child seats are available upon request for an additional fee. Please provide the child’s age and approximate weight when booking.

For safety reasons, our chauffeurs are not responsible for installing child seats. The parent or guardian must install or inspect the seat and confirm that it is properly secured before travel. SF Black Car is not responsible for improperly installed child seats.

Please call or email SF Black Car as soon as possible with your reservation details and requested changes. Changes are subject to vehicle availability and may affect the total price. Once updated, we will send you a revised confirmation.

Yes. You can book transportation for another passenger. Please provide the passenger’s full name and mobile phone number so they can receive chauffeur details and pickup updates. The person making the reservation remains responsible for payment and any booking changes.
